Privacy policy

EarnThroughLearn's central portal processes your name, email address, password hash, optional profile picture URL, account role, verification status, login sessions, and the date you accepted the Terms and Privacy Policy. Passwords are processed by Better Auth using its maintained password hashing implementation; the portal does not store plaintext passwords.

The portal uses strictly necessary HTTP-only session cookies and stores account and session records in its dedicated PostgreSQL database. It uses your email only for account verification, password recovery, and requested account email changes. Authentication requests are rate-limited. Application catalog search and category filters remain in your browser.

Sessions expire after seven days of inactivity and are refreshed during use. Verification links expire after 24 hours; password reset links expire after one hour and are single-use. Account records are retained while the account is active. The account deletion and data retention process must be supplied by the operator before public launch.

Operator identity, contact details, jurisdiction, and account deletion contact have not yet been supplied. This policy and the Terms must be reviewed by the operator and updated with those details before public launch.
